Power Supply Problem

Okay, I don't know what triggered this thing, but whenever I shut down my computer, all my lights on my tower are like dim, and the computer is off and all, but looks like heaps of power is being consumed. Now for leaving it overnight like that, the powersupply is like scorching hot. What went wrong, I have a p3v4x mobo and 250W p/s, ask for n e thing else.
 
It sounds like part of you power supply is not shutting down. Even when you computer is off it still draws a little power (at least mine does) but if you power supply is hot after your computer has been off all night I would be ripping it out ASAP.
