Question power supply problem?

i have seasonic x650 gold PSU. now the problem is sometimes when i switch on my main power gpu light and motherboard green light sometimes dont glow at all , sometimes only motherboard light is on only but not gpu and now what is noticed is even when i switched off main supply motherboard green light is still on after 15 minutes and i noticed that green light was dim felt like there was low voltage where should i start

ok i can get new psu but how to be sure it is psu only. what if same happens with new psu
Then you know it's not the PSU. :p

If you don't have / can't borrow components to isolate the computer problem, you might just want to take into a local PC repair shop and let them diagnose the issue. The components you listed in the other thread are older, so you will have to figure what is / what isn't the issue. However, sudden shut downs are often a symptom of a dying PSU.

also my pc hangs at POST restart works fine it may be psu i will change it i will upgrading my whole system when intel alder lake 12th generation launches. should i buy 650 watt gold certified psu or 750 watt to be future proof

Either would give you plenty of power unless you are planning on going with a RTX 3090 in the future. ;)
