HI
I have 2 cases.
The one I am using now is the Anter SX 830. Antec SX30
The other one is the Antec Lanboy. (minus the power supply) Lanboy
I built my current pc several years ago and used the sx 830, Last year I bought the Lanboy with hopes of of building a new system.
After looking at the Lanboy I am not sure if I like it. It's much smaller and with the aluminum build I'm not sure if it is study enough. I have grandkids that like to sit on the older sx 830 case and it's built like a tank!!!
I want to buy a new power supply so I can start my new system off right. Since I don't know what motherboard or cpu I will use I think I want to get a power supply of between 550 and 600 watts.
Now, I am assuming that all power supplies are of the same size (dimensions) and I can use anyone I want in either case.
Am I right??? (or wrong???) LOLOL
Thanks

Standard length is 5.5". Most PSUs of 600W and up are longer (deeper) from 6" up to about 9". Hmmmm... The Fortron FSP550-60PLG or FSP550PLG-SLI are some of the best $85. (per Froogle) you can spend on a PSU.

HI
I'm a little slow answering here as I baby sit my 2 grand kids several days a week and that is time consuming.
Thanks for the info.
