Power Supply needs

Here is the hardware I have:

ASRock 939 Motherboard
Athlon 64 3200+ (venice)
Geforce 4Ti AGP Video
1 200GB IDE HD
1 DVD-RW Drive
3COM Network Card
CPU Fan
80mm Case fan with light
1 Floppy Drive
2 x 512 Corsair DDR400 Sticks

Is a 300 Watt power supply enough for this or do I need a 450 or so?

350W+ from an A-brand or a 420W+ from some noname brand..

So random reboots of my system could be that i don't have enough power?

Could be lack of power or poor quality power. I'm running a similar setup on a 360watt Thermaltake power supply. System:

Asrock dual SATA2
Athlon x2 3800
Radeon 9800 Pro
Audigy Gamer
1 gb ram mismatched PC3200 Samsung generic
2 HDs---1 Seagate 7200.7 160gb, 1 Maxtor 120gb
Lite-On DVD-RW

Runs 24/7 at 100% cpu utilization on both cores(BOINC, games, Maya) without issue. 3 weeks so far at least.
