Power supply making clicking noises....

Its's a very distinctive noise.

Did you mod it? Maybe a cable brushing against a fan every once in a while? Is it a clicking or a popping?

You know the sound when you hold the power button to turn your computer off? That sound.

My Trueblue 480 made that clicking sound when I started up the computer. I ran hardware doctor and found the +5v was low. I'm now waiting for my replacement to show up.
