That will most likely not be adequate. Look for a product by Corsair, Antec, Seasonic, Super Flower, or XFX.

300 watt generic PSU? You might be able to power a HD 4650 with that. Otherwise you're going to need to up the wattage, because the +12v rail on that is going to be extremely weak. Better list the card you're planning on running with it, along with PC specifications.
