I need a new power supply for my computer here at work.

I fix computers and often have several enclosures hooked up via USB.

Right now there is something wrong with the voltage levels.

The 3.3 is at 2.86 per the BIOS and the 5v is at 4.488v per the BIOS.

I know that it is not the greatest way to check the voltages but I know for a fact something is awry because when I connect a regular 2.5" external hard drive with both connectors, all I can hear is the drive trying to spin up.

I know for a fact the drive is not bad as I connect it to my other bench here and it spins up perfectly fine. This has happened to more than one external hard drive.

Now I'm having problems with my other 3.5" enclosures which I use to perform data backups.

My system consists of an ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe with a 3800+ X2 processor. 2GB of Crucial memory, There are four hard drives connected with one optical drive. The current PSU I have in there is an Antec True Power 2. It was an RMA from a while ago but I guess it's gone bad.

Can anyone tell me what would be the best power supply to purchase? Should I get one in the KW range?

The old Antec TP2s are crap. If you have one in any of teh otehr systems then you may want to replace them too. Looks like an Antec EA 380W PSU will cover your needs and be a good stable and afordible option.

Thanks I actually bought the 650W Earthwatts PSU yesterday. Thanks for the suggestion. I never realized how crappy the TP2 PSUs were.
