The difference in price is about $14 since the coolermaster case and power supply can be shipped together. I plan on upgrading in the future, but always through replacement: replacing the processor with a better one, the video card, etc. I won't want any new optical or hard drives, I burn all my stuff to DVD and keep only programs on the main drive.

Its best to have something quality wise and have enough watts to upgrade.
Nobody should EVER skimp on their power supply.
