Power Supply for PCI-Express

I'm probobly going to get a pci express board and card soon, and I was wondering if you need any kind of special power supply, as I have seen ones labeled PCI-E ready.

No. There is a special connector for PCIe graphics cards, but you can get adapter cables for older PSUs. "PCIe-Ready" ones just have the connectors already built in.

Its all about how many amps the 12v rail can handle. I have a rackmount lab PSU from 1991 that will run any SLi setup.
