Power Supply for MSI K8N Neo 4 Platinum SLI

I read here some time ago that a power supply with different type of connectors was required for MSI Neo4 Platinum SLI mobo. It was something about having -3V(?) available on the rail(?) for the Creative sound chip/solution to work properly.

Can someone elaborate or point me to that post here???

Is the -3v the 4 pin connector above the cpu socket?

I am not sure what voltage on which pin of the connector..... That's why I am asking it.

Some Generic PSU's pinch pennies by not having that rail.

Get a good Antec/ThermalTake/Sparkle PSU, and you will be fine.

Any suggestions? Can someone tell me if there is a difference in the number of pins?

Please suggest some specific PSU models for reference.
