:brokenheart: I bought a LCD monitor 20" with 12v 5A - adaptor supply. Works fine in AV/Video mode but troubles me when i turn on to PC mode. I see lot of flutuations on the screen and monitor blinks often. so, i stopped using it in PC mode  .

I would like to know the reason why this happens. and a solution for this. This problem started when i changed my smps from 400w to 600w. does this effect the resolution . or the VGA cord should be replaced in this case. i am unware of the technical stuff. please, advice.

Try a different monitor to see if it happens again. If so its the video card that has the problem.

Since the Monitor works in one mode and not the other then it may not be the monitor itself.
