power supply for i7 rig

here's what I'm thinking:

i7 920, overclocked at times as far as I can go (3.6-3.8)
true 120
asus p6t deluxe
6gb ddr3-1600
gtx 285
2 old 74gb raptors
2 wd black 1tb
1 300gb sata
optical drive/floppy
ht striker

will the 750tx be enough? (I know there's a lot of back and forth about this and the pc p&c, but the egg has it for $90AR, which is the best I've seen it in a while: http://www.newegg.com/Product/...?Item=N82E16817139006)

probably won't build for another month, but want to pick pieces along the way with good prices.

Yes.

If you would want SLI 285's then 750 would be borderline too small.

Agreed. It's plenty for any one video card setup, and even lots of (most?) SLI setups.
