Here's the build that I'm planning:

i7 920 (OC)
6GB DDR3 1600 (OC)
GTX 260 Core 216
1 x WD 640GB AALS
1 x WD 1TB EADS
1 x SATA DVDRW
1 x PCI-E Wireless Card
6 x 120mm fans
1 x 92mm fan

I need a quality power supply unit to power the above with a bit of headroom for future upgrades (video card changes, additional hard drives, etc).

Which would you guys recommend?

Right now, I'm looking at the Corsair 750/850TX PSUs.

unless you plan to run multiple videocards either of those is even more than what you need. That isn't to say shouldn't buy way more than what you need, I am just pointing that out.

Personally if I had narrowed it down to the TX750 or TX850, then I would go with the TX850. It is the same basic platform as the TX750, but some changes have been made that make it superior, not just from a wattage standpoint.

You'll be great with a quality middle-of-the-road solution like the bfg ls550.

Corsairs are fine PSU's. The Antec S850 may be a fine supply (its build is first rate) but represents rather poor value. It's a PC supply not an audio amplifier! :p
