Power supply for Dual AMD board

I am thinking about upgrading to Dual CPUs (ASUS or Tyan MPX boards). I have a Antec SX 830, can I reuse it? Or I must buy a 400 W.

as long as you have 30 or more amp on the 5v line, and 300w or higher it should work for a "typical system"... then it goes on to say what typical is.

I would get a 400w P/S. You can pick up a 400w Antec P/S from NewEgg for $79.

Anyone has successful experience to use 300W PSU or specifically, an Antec 830SX to AMD MPX dual solution.
