microATX and standard-ATX power supplies have the same 20-pin primary connector, so you can use either style if your case allows either style. What case do you have (brand & model)? Some microATX cases, such as Fong Kai, Inwin and Enlight, often have room for either a full-ATX or mini-ATX power supply.

As far as wattage goes, I would recommend a PSU that can put out 200-220W on the combined 3.3V + 5V lines. For many companies, this is their 300W PSU, but it varies a lot from brand to brand and model to model. Sparkle Power has a good 300W ATX unit at Newegg.com for $27, if it's back in stock again. If your case can take a full-sized ATX power supply, that would be a good starting point. If you plan to add a powerful video card later then it might be a good idea to go a little higher, with a Sparkle Power 350W, or an Enermax 365W, or an Antec TruePower 330W.
