Power supply for an athalon 1.333

I getting an athalon 1.333 ddr
not sure about the case
256mbram or 512

What kind of power supply should I get?

Is 300 watts enough?

The fong kai case I've been looking into comes with a Enhance ATX-730 300 watt power supply that is rated only up to a 1000mhz AMD, why is it you read every where that 300wts is enough, if according to that statement it isn't

I'm lost need, need some help.....

300 should be enough if system isn't to heavily laoded. But more can't hurt.
