Two possiblities:

1. The direct method - Contact Behringer's tech support. I believe they sell replacement power supplies for their products.

2. The DIY method - Look near the PSU connector, or read the manual. They may have included the power supply requirements. They should look something like this:

+/- 15 VDC (volts D.C.) at some specified current (in amps).
+ 5 VDC at some specified current (for logic if used).
+ 48 VDC at some specified current (phantom suppy).

Buy the supplies you need, a chassis and the correct connectors and cables, and assemble it, yourself. It may cost you less. It's not hard if you (or an electronically qualified friend) knows what they're doing. You WILL have to know which voltages should connect with which pins on the connector.

Note - The +/- 15 volt spec may be another number between 15 - 18 volts.

Hope that helps. Good luck. :)

Update - You didn't search eBay hard enough. Here's a new listing for one offered for $29.00 or Best Offer. :D

After seeing that pic, I'm not sure whether my previous suggestion is as practical as I first thought.
