power supply fan replacement

I have an Enhance 300W power supply that came with my case. It has an 80x80x25 fan made by ADDA Corp. Model # is AD0812HS-A70GL. I can't find specs for this exact model on ADDA's website; the closest is AD0812HB-A70GL. According to their naming scheme, the only difference between these 2 models is that the HS uses sleeve bearings and the HB uses ball bearings. Anyway, the specs for the AD0812HB-A70GL are 40.8 CFM air flow and 32.5dB noise. After replacing my CPU fan with a Spire Whisperock IV, it became clear that the PSU fan is the bigest source of noise in my case. Does anyone know of a good fan to replace my existing PSU fan? I want something that is quieter but I am concerned about getting a fan with a CFM rating that is much lower than the existing one (assuming the specs I found apply to my exact fan model). On newegg, I found the following

http://www.newegg.com/app/View...35-150-044&depa=0

It's rated at 37.87 CFM and 26.5dB. However, it has a 3-pin connector (I guess the 3rd pin is for RPM measurement?) and the fan inside my power supply is attached with a 2-pin connector.

newegg also has the medium speed panaflo but it is rated at only 32.1 CFM with noise 28dB! I have heard that panaflo fans are the best hands down so I'm a little confused as to how the Speeze fan could have such a good rating without me ever hearing about it otherwise.

I replaced the stock fan in my fortron source fsp400-60pfn with the medium panaflo. Seems to be working fine and is a lot quieter.

just look for a fan with the same specks as above if you want the same performance. my brand is more thermaltake, used pc toys, and other brands too. To me it makes no difference of the brand. You buy a fan according to your needs. either you want a high cfm fan or medium or low. different brands are louder than others at different speeds. In terms of how long it'll last, is all up to how you treat it. my computer is in a low dust environment. and i clean mu ps at least every 3 months the less dust the longer it lasts and the cooler your ps would be.
If you do buy a 3pin ps, the yellow wire is the rpm sensor. you have the choice of running that wire alone to your mb or leaving it out totally.
just make sure and protect it from the rest of your ps
