Power supply failing ?

I have a remote server (Se specs below) which have had some mysterious crashes recently (avg 1 per week). There is no BSOD or memory dumps. The server just stops and when checked physically it doesn't look like it has any power (No drives or fans spinning and no ligts) By using the on/off switch the server comes back on line.
The server is hooked up to a UPS with a couple of other servers and they haven't experienced any problems. Besides a power surge would just restart the server.
I am thinking that the power supply (250W) may be overloaded (See specs - I added a lot of RAM + a drive after the initial build) what do you think ?
If it is the power supply I am wondering why the server just doesn't reboot ?

Server:
Tyan Tiger 133
2 X PIII 800MHz
1 X SCSI2 9.1GB 10,036RPM
1 X SCSI2 18GB 10,036RPM
1 GB RAM
1 X Generic 24x CD ROM
1 X Cheap PCI Graphics card

Well the last week I have had random complete power shutdown, then the PSU will try to work so I turn it off from the back and wait afew minutes then it fires back up working ok for awhile,so today I finally received my new Enermax 350w PSU and guess what so far no power shutdowns, now with 11 hours of continued use,so I would say try another PSU, they can go faulty.

🙂
