Power supply dieing?

I have a MSI K7T Pro Ver. 1 with a Duron 600 in it an 128 mb ram. Its been giving me fits for a while. While running windows it would just lock up, so I checked my stats on temp's and they were real low (around 38C) so I ruled that out. Thought the OS might be corrupt so I low leveled it and re-installed windows, but it still locked up, sometimes after 3 min or sometimes after a few hours. Took all the cards out of the system except the video card and it still did it. Got a ram checker and the ram tested as good. I'm just at a loss of what it might be. I'm leaning towards the power supply right now since I've ruled just about everything else out.

Your thoughts?

Could be the ps, but usually a bad ps results in a failed boot when the system is stressed the most. I would take a real close look at the motherboard to see if you have the bad capacitor problem. This mb is about the right age. Linky
