Power Supply Crash

My 5.5 year old home built Win 10 PC has randomly been crashing to the following screen over the past month. Does this mean my PSU has gone bad? It happens a few times a week, sometimes when I'm using it, sometimes when it's idle.

It probably would be a good area to start it by replacing the PSU, and seeing if the issues go away. When power supplies begin their death spiral, most of the time issues like this start popping up.
