You should try to spread the load among the drive power leads. Other than that just plug them in where they fit. And don't forget the P4 connector if your mobo has one.

The P4 12V connector is a square, 4-pin connector. It is a special connector for supplying power to the CPU from the 12V rail instead of the 5 and/or 3.3V rails as in the past. Some mobos that have the connector don't absolutely require its use, but your system will be more stable if you do use it - most that have the connector won't run without it.
