Originally I was planning on the Fortron AX400-PN. The eXtreme PSU calculator spits about 350 W maximum at me, before any surge protection or capacitor wear. What I'm not sure is if the amperage is enough. Am I better off going with the AX450-PN? Any similar quiet PSU I should get instead? I know this gets asked a hundred times a month, but man is it confusing when you're doing your first build. Thanks for any help 🙂.

The parts in the AX model number Fortron's arn't as great as FSP parts.
What's the main difference otherwise then? Apart from the Enermax, they all seem to have lower specs.
