My system contains:

Conroe E6400 2mb cache
Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3
Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD2500KS 250GB
Sapphire x850xt 256mb 256bit
ThermalTake big thyphoon CPU cooler
OCZ OCZ2G8002GK 2GB PC2-6400 Dual Channel Memory
DVD RW drive

will a 400W PSU be enough? and if so, how much will be left free for future changes?

and what do you think about Enermax Liberty 400W?

Depends on what 400W really. The Enermax Liberty 400W has 30A on the 12v rails, which is enough for any single GPU system (other 400W's may not suffice, but if it's the liberty 400W you're after, you'll be fine). Next gen GPU's are rumoured to be very power hungry, so no guarantees it'll be enough then (in which case you could get a GPU dedicated PSU).

The Enermax liberty range come highly recommended, Enermax is known for making quality PSUs, so you should be fine.
