Power Supply Bay Fans?

I have a case with two power supply bays, but I'm only using one of them. In the lower bay, there's just a piece of metal that closes off the case where the opening for the 2nd power supply would be. This also happens to be a big dead space under my 2nd video card that runs pretty hot. I'd like ot put a fan here removing some of the stagnant heat from the case, but can't think of a good way to mount it. Is there any fan setup that fits where a power supply would normally be expected to go?

I've not seen one as very few case have spare PSU bays - you'll just have to rig something.
