power supply and fans

I have a cd, cdr, 2 hard drive and 4 case fans in mind the question is will my 300 watt power supply have the juice to run them all? problem 2 the power supply only has 4 4pin conectors can i slap on four y 4 pin connectors to get the 8 I will need or is ther a simpler way

Should be no problem . . . those are all low power devices. The fans are very low power.
 
I usually keep everything seperated when I hookup a PS.

IE: cdroms & floppy on one line, HD's on the other, fans on the third (Love that enermax PS 😀)
But using adapters are fine as long as they dont unattach themselves 😉
