I've looked all over the web for something like this, but I just can't find it.

Seeing as my computer is on almost all the time, and I really would like to have a free wall outlet and not add yet another power strip, I am looking for this particular adapter:

It will connect to the 4-pin power supply connecter (same ones that go into hard drives, CD-ROM's, etc.) and then breakout into a 5.0mm x 2.1mm female plug, the same as RadioShack's Adaptaplug "K" plug.

It also needs to be in the 12v form.

Is there anyone that knows where to find something like this?!

Ripping my hair out...

Well, easiest would be to just make one. Just get the adaptaplug socket from RS and the plug you need, They also sell the drive extension cables, you can cut the one end off, and connect the yellow and black wires to the adaptaplug socket. Just make sure you get the polarity correct. Yellow is +12v, black is Ground.
