Not sure if this is the best forum for this post or not but I just bought a new case that came with a 430W PS. I moved everything over to the new case and when I look at my power supply voltage my -12v is running between -13.75 - -14.0. Will this cause me problems? Is ok to leave like that until I notice a problem or do I run the potential of burning up the motherboard?

Ignore it. Modern pc's dont use the -12v line. In fact, they don't use the -5v either.

I think the updated ATX specifications even did away with the -5 and -12 volts.

As the others said and unloaded (nothing uses the neg lines) switching PSU lines tend to vary over all over the place. Put a good load on the +12 and see if it doesn't tighten up. Or put a load on the -12 line (say a fan on reverse polarity - fan + lead to ground, fan - lead to -12) to see if it tightens up. Also the mobo health chip isn't necessarily accurate - check it with a DVM.
