40gb and 80gb hd
MSI k8n NEO Platinum mobo
plus dvd-rom and cd burner

Will a 400w PSU work for what I am running?

What brand? A *quality* PSU will be able to handle that and more.

Looks pretty decent. If it's close to reaching those rated amps/watts, you'll be fine.
