Can SPI Sparkle FSP460-PFN-EPS (Intel Xeon) 460 Watt Power Supply it comes with a 24pin ATX use in an AMD XP2100+ system??

NO That powersupply has a proprietary motherboard connector that only works on the Tyan K7 & K7X Thunder motherboards. It won't work on anything else.
