I am looking to build a new computer, and I've asked around about the quietest/best PSU. Enermax and Antec come up the most, and I was just wondering, if I need to look for anything other than Athlon approved. If I get an Athlon approved 350W do you think (enter opinions here) I could have a system running 0+1 RAID (4 Hard drives), 1 floppy, 1 CD-RW or 1 DVD-ROM, 1 Standard AGP 4x Video Card, 1 CPU Fan, 1 Exhaust Case fan, 1 Intake case Fan, 1 Slot fan. LAN, and Sound card will be onboard. What do you guys think. No OCing

Jesus man....

I would push you towards an Antec TruePower 430w (or higher, 480w, 550w). They can stay pretty quiet, and it should hold you load (and more according to the TomsHardware power supply shootout...).
