Power supplies and overclocking

I'm going to be making my first computer and I'm not sure what kind of case to get. This is my system so far:

AMD Athlon64 3000+ (Winchester)
1GB OCZ Enhanced Latency Series Platinum Edition DDR PC-3200
120GB Seagate HD
MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum
GeForce 6600GT
NEC ND-3500A
SAMSUNG 16X DVD Drive
ZALMAN CNPS7700-ALCU

I plan to overclock the processor to around 2.4Ghz. So do I need a pricey power supply like the ENERMAX Noisetaker Series 420W Power Supply or will one that comes with the case be okay? I was thinking about the ANTEC SLK3700AMB with the 350W PS or maybe the Sonata. Did anyone with one of these antec cases have any problems with oc-ing? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

A good psu is an essential ingrediant in stable OC's. You might try the one in the case and first, checking the strenght/stability of the rails. Or get a case w/o a psu. I have an Enermax, but think a Fortron is what I would get next. There's a Fortron with 2 x 12v rails with 15 amps each )total 30 amps), a 500 watter IIRC. Then my old favorite, the Fortron 530 watt. Newegg.com has 'em.
