What's your budget? For low end, I recommend a sparkle or fortron 350 watt, preferably with the 12cm side fan to help cpu cooling. I use the 300w sparkle ($37 shipped at newegg with the 12cm fan), and it runs my p4 2.8c just fine at 3640, a 30% overclock. Asus boards are picky about voltage rails, so be sure to get a name brand unit with stable rails such as the above, or antec, pc power and cooling, enermax, seasonic, or ocz.
