Power Source

When I first turn my computer on Asus Probe warns me that "+5V is below low threshold", than it starts warning me that "CPU Fan Below Threshold". It keeps warning me that CPU Fan is Below Threshold, but nothing over heats. Is it possible that it is the power source, and if so how can I check it or test it?
