Power requirements of a motherboard

I'm trying to find the total power consumption of the ASUS A8N-E. I've got the manual but it doesnt specify how much current the 12V, 5V, and 3.3V rails draw under different load conditions. How do I find out what these values.

I've this thread running in general h/w as well. Sorry for posting it again. I'm still waiting for an answer though.

It depends on what you put on the motherboard...CPU, RAM, fans, etc... 350W should be adequate if you have a "light" video card with one optical drive and hard drive. Go with a +450W power supply if you plan to add more bells and whistles.
