Power requirements for this rig?

I'm building a light-gaming rig for a friend and there are the following components:
Celeron E3300 at 1.4 volts
Gigabyte G41-ES2L
1x2gb ddr2 Kingston RAM
Nvidia GeForce GT220
Hyper 212+ with one fan
2 case fans
160gb sata HDD
1 dvd drive

Can anyone tell me what power supply would be good to power this?

is 430 watts the bare minimum? because i have a 300 watt generic brand psu laying around.. was thinking of using it.

300w should be enough, though depending on the quality of the PSU it might not work. Grab an Antec Basiq 350 of a CX 430.

430 is nowhere near bare minimum. It is however the cheapest good PSU you can get when it is on sale for $20. You did not ask for bare minimum, you simply asked for what a good PSU would be.

Your no-name 300 would work fine. But if it's generic and old, I wouldn't risk it because if it dies, it'll likely take your machine with it.

Well it was powering a C2Q Q6600 and a 9600gt a few years back, but my Celeron will be overclocked, so I'm questioning it.
