Power requirements for Athlong FX-51 and Radeon 9500 Pro?

I can't seem to get my computer to start up if I have it all hoked up together. I have an Antec 350 watt powersupply and an Enermax 330 watt. When I press the power button the fans just start to spin, and then it shuts off, only to be reset by unplugging it. If I disconect the external power source for the Radeon 9500 Pro, it starts up, but then of course doesen't boot. Then, if I turn the computer off quickly and hook up that power again, and then trurn it on again, it does start up, and boot, and runs very stable. Any sugestions? Is my power supply too small to run this setup? (drives and other perferals are disconected, so they don't matter) What powersuply are others using for a similar setup? That is an Askus SK8N, 1 Gig of Registered DDR 400 and an Athlong FX-51 and a Radeon 9500 Pro. Thanks in Advance.

that is weird... ur antec should run ur setup just fine, what abut ur IDE drives, what do u have? do u have an extra powersplitter? if so that might be at fault!

Well The rest of my setup really in this case doesen't matter, because I'm trying to get the system to start up with everthing else disconected. The only thing connected is the motherboard and the video card.
