Power Requirements for 6800 and X800 Series

Good afternoon,
Anyone know the revised power supply requirements for the ATI X800 series and the nVidia 6800 series video cards? I remember originally seeing 480W for the nVidia, but have heard that's been dropped way down.

X800pro = Good quality 300W PSU
6800 = Good quality 350W PSU

what keys said is about right, unless you have a large number of hard drives, or a a highly OCed CPU.

Luckily I have an unused 400W Zalman PS that I can put into my machine to replace my 300W Enermax PS.
