Power Problems...

Hello, I got a problem. I just finished building my computer, but when I plug the AC cord, it doesn't power on. I plugged everything and the power standby LED red light on my motherboard is not on. I have a feeling my motherboard is bad or it's the power supply. Any suggestions?

My specs are:

AMD Athlon 64 3400+ w/ Zalman 7000B
DFI Lanparty UT nf3 250GB Socket 754 ATX
Maxtor 250 GB SATA HD
1 GB Kingston Memory (2X512 DDR400)
nVidia BFG 6800GT 256MB DDR3
Tsunami Dream Tower w/ Thermaltake 400W power supply

Unplug everything execept the cpu fan & video card. Next flip the case power wire that connects the case power switch to the mobo.

Regards,
Jose
