Power problems on KT7

Hi folks,

I am having an annoying problem with my graphics card, which is obviously caused by a lack of power to the agp slot, and causes the computer to lock up, and fail to post video until it is reset at least once.
Mostly it only occurs in games, (Unreal Tournament rarely, Midtown Madness 2 always) but has happened once in the windows desktop....It has nothing to do with overclocking because i put the card to its default settings and it does the same thing...UT has been very stable recently, but MM2 locks consistently evey time.

System specs:

AMD Athlon 750 Socket A @ 1010Mhz
Abit KT7 KT133 chipset MB
2 x 128mb Micron Pc133 @ Cas 2/normal
Creative Labs Anihilator 2 @ 220/395
Yeong Yang case with 4 blowholes, Antec 300W P/S
Maxtor 20 gig 7200rpm HS, ASUS 8x DVD, HP 4x CDRW
Creative Labs PCI 128 SC
Windows ME with Detonator 6.35's

I tried upping the VI/O up to 3.8 but it was still locking in MM2...UT has been rock solid for a while, and thats my main concern, I would just like to be able to play some MM2 now and then.
in my previous installation of WinME, MM2 would not run at all..the game (not the computer) would lock right away upon entering a game so I dont know wtf is up with that game, I just know that the problems I used to have with UT are the same as what is going on now, so I'd like to get it ironed out.

I think this is an OCing issue, not with your video but your cpu. Try changing to default speed and post your results.
