Power Problem

Antec 1044B with 400W A7M266 Motherboard with 1.33 Mhz 512 MB RAM
Before going to Bed I am shutting down the computer. I am noticing in the morning that my computer is booted up.

I have DSL connection, I thought somebody is sending magic pockets to my Wake on LAN card and I removed Ethernet COnnection. Still I have the same problem.

Is there any settings I need to do at BIOS or Somewhere

Do I need to disable Wake on LAN in BIOS even after removing the Ethernet Cable?

If the PC is not connected to any form of network at all, then no. My mistake...
