Power plug broke on my hard drive. What to do?

I just recently upgraded and today when I booted up my 30GB 75GXP was not detected. This was a big problem since it was my C: drive. I determined that the drive was not getting power. I took the drive out and noticed that one of the four connectors for the power was cracked in two pieces. If the pieces make contact I am able to use the drive (as I am doing right now). I'm sure I broke it somehow while upgrading, but I have no idea how.

Anybody know if hard drive warranties cover the power plug? If not, can anyone recommend a way to fix the two pieces so that they are stable?

UPDATE: Spoke with IBM and it is not covered so I guess it is time to get out the soldering iron.

Yep, get out a soildering iron and buy yourself a 4 pin power extension and solder the 4 wires from that onto the remaining parts of the 4 power connections.
