It looks like its been there a while.

There are ways to scuff things up to make them look like they "belong" there. They just pulled skimmers off some ATM's in my own where I think they did that...beat 'em around a bit to make them look used & not out-of-place.

It's a scary world we live in because of stuff like this. I mean, can you imagine if someone took control of your primary email account? I had to resurrect an old Gmail account a few months ago & it was a horrible process to get Google to give me access.

That's why I only use credit cards with low limits in public. The credit card companies will eat the loss, not me.

If they try that in my house all they'll get is pictures of cat butts.

I'm not willing to sacrifice the rewards that come with no risk, so your improvement is wrong in my opinion. To date, I've made over $4,000 in credit card rewards and I've paid approximately $20 in interest because I missed a payment once. My cards have been stolen twice and the fraudulent charges were waived with no hassle to me at all. Lastly, my credit score is over 800 thanks, in part, to my credit cards, which allows me to buy rental properties easily at the lowest rates available. Credit cards can be a good thing if you're responsible.

I had to resurrect an old Gmail account a few months ago & it was a horrible process to get Google to give me access.

It was a process I kept failing. Someone got my 9 character alpha numeric pass just to send out 1 spam email either from hacking their server or cracking my pass but Google really got me good when they asked an approximate date to when I opened my Gmail account.
An approximate but yet very close date. Seriously? I had it since like 2007 or something, no way I could recall the year let alone get close to the month, then they went dousche on me when I tried to email them. So I went to mail.com instead. I found that to be very unreasonable way of making sure I am who I am.

So they are watching people standing around waiting for the Subway? Riveting stuff.

Skype requires the exact month and year of account creation, the 9-digit order number or the exact date of last delivered purchase, among other questions.

To me, all that does is test whether you kept old e-mails. If you happened to delete those e-mails or if you moved to a different e-mail provider, then you're out of luck. Which is exactly what happened in my case.

I guess I'm lucky I download all my Gmail over POP3, and that I never throw anything out. I have my first Gmail message from...several years ago. :sneaky:
