Power outage :(

Dang this sucks was working on getting a PC up and running and power goes out. Using my phone as hot spot and UPS for my HP laptop that the battery doesn't work to post. I have a large APC with aux battery pack that use to let me go about 1-2 hours with a desktop and CRT monitor but haven't changed the $$ batteries in a while. Sucks having a Laptop that the battery doesn't charge apparently it was a thing with these HP Pro- books. Plus its like a hundred degree here today ugh. AND I just went shopping. Please PEPCO help me!
