Power Outage = Dead Computer

I guess not having a UPS finally caught up to me. The power went out the other day, and now my computer won't boot. I am at my wits end after 2 full days of swapping parts and trying to figure out what died. I have tried a new mobo, then a new CPU, then a new PSU, to no avail. The power seems to come on fine, as all the fans power up and my keyboard and mouse get power, but I get no Post beep or any video output. The only combination of new parts I didn't try was mobo and CPU together, now I'm wondering if they somehow got zapped at the same time. Can anyone offer any other ideas on what to try, or what might have happened? Any help is appreciated, as my next step is paying Fry's to "diagnose" my problem, which I am hesitant to do.

My rig should be in my sig, but here's a synopsis:

E6400 Core 2 Duo
Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3
2GB Corsair 6400
Radeon X1900XT 512MB
Creative X-Fi

try clearing the CMOS. Also, with the DS3 motherboard, a no post could mean memory problems. When I overclock my system too much, I got no post too until I clear the CMOS and back down on the FSB. The northbridge chipset heatsink is too small. I recommend adding a small fan on top of it.
