Power Meter?

I'm assuming you also saw this topic in GenHardware. I'm also interested in this product and may decide to buy one online. Based on this review , it looks to be fairly accurate. And it's far cheaper than all other Watt Meters that I have seen. So if/when I buy the device, I can provide my feedback on the device.

I received the Kill a Watt on Thrusday. It does what it is advertised to do, it measures power requirements. The best thing about it, is that it is 1/3 the cost of other Watt Meters. In regards to accuracy, I have to assume it relatively accurate

Been measuring the power requirements of some things around the house this morning

...................standby....on
computer.........3W......170W
22" monitor......2W......103W
19" monitor......5.........78
29" TV...............1.........110
DVD recorder...8.........30
DVD player......1..........11
VCR..................6..........14

I need to try some of the larger appliances later.

I give 2 thumbs up for this great little product. If you are interested in checking the efficiency of household items, then this is a must buy.

edit, how to you use tab key when posting?
