Power management error when booting, after crash

My computer crashed while running Netscape. When I rebooted I got an error about Power Management. I went into the bios but not sure what may be wrong. If I press F1 the PC continues to boot normally.

Running an ASUS P5A-B with an AMD K6+ 3 450 processor. Using Beta 4 (version 1011) of bios. ASUS does not have this beta version.

Should I try to reinstall bios if I can find the boot disk I made?

Thanks.
