Power line error reported

Hi all,

My motherboard monitoring tool (UDM manager), keeps on reporting a power line failure. I get two different error messages, the one is for the V 4.488 and the other V 4.461 power line. Recently the screen goes all weird soon after this message, I get funny colours and lines all over, nearly like a test pattern.

Any idea why it's doing this?
 
I thought it might be the PSU, it's already my second. I just found it very strange that the screen went all funny.

I've replaced my PSU with a Antec 350, cost a bit more but hope this one lasts a bit longer.
