power light and voltage, help....

I have a Coolermaster ATC-210 connected to an Epox 8K3A+. The powerlight seems to be abnormally dim on it..... the HD light seems to be ok. I wouldn't mind t being at full strength as the HD light looks really good when t is on!

Also the +3.3 voltage seems to only be +1.55. Is this bad? is there anyway to fix it if it is??
