i am planning to order the EVGA 7900GS on newegg.com while the tech specfication mentions Minimum of a 400 Watt power supply.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 20 Amps.)

my pc is dell e520, an old model with ht p4 3.0 and 300w power. is that ok to plug this card to board?

another issue is i still have two HDs and one DVD-RW and one CD-RW. i am afraid that my power is not strong enough.

any suggestion in details? thanks a lot in advance.

ps: how can i check if my supply with +12 Volt current rating of 20 Amps???
